the gnu you wish you knew

I am here for Friends

About Me

I'm a poetry writing gnu. You may also know me as a wildebeest, but I resent the negative connotations of the word and prefer to be know an a 'gnu'.I am an outsider among my herd (not literally, of course, because that would be dangerous) and I often feel misunderstood. I crave the company of other poets but the language skills of my friends and family are animalistic, to say the least.I have a laptop which I take on my journeys back and forth across the Serengeti but finding wireless connections is problematic. I risk life and limb evertime I go online, such is my commitment to spreading my poetic brilliance. The old cliches ring true for me; I love wide open spaces, fresh air, sunsets and taking walks in the rain. I've never had a pina colada, but I'm sure I'd like one.Go ahead and friend me - I love meeting new people.
