About Narration .. Hey Katie, this is a little Narration run down...Al Oliver drums for the band, before Narration took over his life he played in a band called Evil Pantano and Exterior Light Monitor, they had a song called 'Retarded Cat'. When Narration tour you can put your money on Al being the first of the band awake, he is usually fully dressed and waiting patiently for his bandmates to rise. Al dreams of one day meeting Phil Collins.
Paddy McNicholas plays synths/keyboards/pianos and sings for Narration. Pad doesn't like having the same haircut for more than a week, i think this reflects Pad's desire to better himself and strive in his battle for perfection. Although if you asked him, he'd probably tell you that he's pretty close to perfection already. Paddy can often translate as being brooding and deep in thought, it's because he is. Paddy is a keen drinker and doesn't often make good telly.
Si Macson is the baby of the band. He is bigger than his body gives him credit for. He and Paddy went to school together and started up a band that played a range of covers from Korn to Van Morrison. One day i could hear them practice as i live 3 doors down from Si, they asked me to come and jam with them, things went well...
I'm Dan, I sing and play guitar for Narration. Si and i decided to call our band 3 Doors Down, we announced it to his then girlfriend and she told us we were retards as their was already a band called 3 doors down, they're huge. oops, our bad! Oh well, Narration is a better name anyway. I like to write. I dream of playing massive venues with lots of people going crazy for our band.
I wrote this for Katie, at half past midnight as she's setting up a Narration page thingy which i'm really stupidly excited about.Dan xxx
