Guitarist Kyle throughout high school played with Bassist Lucas who frequented in and out of bands. Guitarist Ferguson had trouble finding people with similar taste in music where he grew up so when he met Kyle San Francisco State University it was a pivotal time in the band’s life. Lucas became a permanent member a short time later solidifying the rhythm section. The band was almost complete but finding a singer proved to be a task. Front man Jon Carr started out as a drummer in Santa Barbara. He moved to San Francisco and through a friend of a friend was introduced to the band. Ryan was the last piece to the puzzle, through hard hits and massive energy he beat his way into our hearts. Outshined is the definition on hard rock, and we can not be stopped.
The members of Outshined come from all walks of life but the one thing they share is a drive and a passion for music.
