Muah Media,LLC is seeking 12 sexy women to help promote our new web site,Muah.com in 2009. We are seeking ladies that don't mind being the center of attention in large public venues. Our target events in 2009 will consist of Major Sports events, Concerts, Bike Rallys, Spring Break and others high profile events.

SELECTION PROCESS:
**********ALL CONTESTANTS MUST BE 21 years of age*********
1) Send us an email requesting to be in the competition.
2) Submit 4 of your very best pictures for others to judge. At least one needs to be a swim suite pic. ** NOTE: Please do not submit any nude pics.*** (Don't get us wrong, we would love to see them, but it's a violation of the terms and conditions of Myspace.com)
3) Once you have sent a request we will send you a terms and conditions document of our own.
4) All of our contestants will be ask to complete a brief survey about themselves and their interest.
5) Contestants will then be posted on the Muah MySpace page for friends to vote on.
6) Voting Dates:
200 contestants to be chosen the week of Sept.29th 2008
100 contestants to be chosen the week of Oct.13th 2008
50 Contestants to be chosen the week of Oct.27th 2008
25 contestants to be chosen the week of Nov.10th 2008
Last12 contestants to be chosen the week of Nov.24th 2008

By submitting and displaying photos online with Muah Media,hereinafter refered to as Muah, I understand that the following Terms and Conditions must be understood and agreed to, in order to fully utilize Muah's services.
I understand and accept the following terms and conditions:
All Photos and/or Information submitted to Muah are subject to approval.
Photos are in digitial format, therefore, not returnable.
I understand and acknowledge, Muah has made no promises, warranties or guarantees, expressed, written or implied, that I will obtain employment, financial compensation, bookings or cash prizes. Muah has made no promises, warranties or guarantees, expressed, written or implied, that I will win any Titles, Cash or Prizes unless I win a place in a certain Competition. Muah only guarantees that my photos will be made available online to those who wish to view them and/or rate them and I will be considered as an applicant in their Competition. I understand that Muah reserves the right to terminate my entry in their competitions for whatever reason they deem appropriate and are under no obligations to continue to host any Photos, Information and/or Links pertaining to my existence on the web.
I hereby authorize Muah, according to the conditions below, the right to use my images, photographs, likeness, stats and any other information necessary in order to promote me, promote their Sites and Competitions and the services of Muah.
Photo Release Terms Needed For Display / Distribution:
In consideration of my engagement as a model, upon the terms herewith stated, I hereby give to Muah, it's heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom Muah is acting, and those with it's authority and permission :
a) The unrestricted right and permission to use, re-use, publish and re-publish, display, sell, distribute, photographic portraits or pictures, or video graphic material of me or in which I may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformation in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.
b) I also permit the use of any printed material in connection herewith.
c) I hereby release, discharge and agree to save harmless Muah, it’s heirs, legal representatives or assigns, and all persons functioning under it’s permission or authority, or those for whom it is functioning, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking or displaying of said pictures/videos or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including with or without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
d) I hereby affirm that I am over the age of majority and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read and understand the terms in this, release and agreement, prior to it’s execution; I fully understand the contents thereof this Agreement shall be legal and binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives and assigns. I understand that this document constitutes a sworn declaration under federal law, and is intended to be governed by the Electronic Signatures Act
e) I hereby irrevocably waive any and all rights of lawsuit against Muah and it’s agents, including, but not limited to; wages, race, discrimination, any form of sexual harassment, or verbal agreements not covered in this release and/or Terms and Conditions.
