Novak Djokovic
Novak Djokovic born May 22, 1987 in Belgrade, Serbia is a Serbian professional tennis player.In January 2008, he won his first Grand Slam title at the Australian Open. After a straight sets win over World No. 1 and defending champion Roger Federer in the semifinals, Djokovic won the final in four sets against Jo-Wilfried Tsonga. He thereby became the first player representing Serbia ever to win a Grand Slam singles title and the youngest player in the open era to have reached all four Grand Slam semifinals.[citation needed]Djokovic was the runner-up at the 2007 US Open and has reached five Masters Series finals, winning four of them. He also reached the semifinals at the 2007 French Open and the 2007 Wimbledon Championships.

Ana Ivanovic born November 6, 1987, in Belgrade, Serbia, then Yugoslavia) is a Serbian professional tennis player. Ivanovic has played in two Grand Slam singles finals, at the 2007 French Open, losing to Justine Henin, and at the 2008 Australian Open, losing to Maria Sharapova. Ivanovic also reached the semifinals of Wimbledon and the Women's Tennis Association Tour Championships in 2007. On the 9th of June 2008 she will be ranked World No. 1.

Jelena Janković is a Serbian professional female tennis player born on February 28, 1985. She entered the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) top 15 in September 2006 when she reached the semifinals of the U.S. Open. In early 2007, she broke into the top 10 and subsequently entered the top 3 when she reached the semifinals of the 2007 French Open. She won the mixed doubles title at Wimbledon in 2007 with partner Jamie Murray.
