About Me

I am the owner of Htown Kettlebells & New Warrior Fitness Coaching, based in Houston, TX.
I am a certified Kettlebell Lifting Coach via the American Kettlebell Club (AKC), instructed by world champion kettlebell world record holder and AKC head coach, Valery Fedorenko, a Certified Kettlebell Trainer via the International Kettlebell & Fitness Federation (IKFF), trained under the guidance of Steve Cotter.
I have and currently hold certifications as a certified fitness trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association, and also hold certificates in Sports Nutrition with the International Fitness Association, Fitness Phone Coaching via NESTA, as well as certificates in Functional Training, Functional Anatomy, and Adult CPR/First Aid/AED via the American Red Cross.
