Wadita Riddim vs. Counter Strike Riddim
Volume 1
It’s been over a decade that the genre of dancehall has been playing songs from different artiste continuously on one instrumental track. Riddim driven projects have flooded the market for years with no less than 14 songs on the same instrumental track. It was accepted then but times have changed, the market grows weary of the same thing for decades, now is time for a change.
Powermix Records intend to minimize this by releasing two Riddim tracks on one album with various artistes, giving the consumer a better product to buy in terms of its value and richness in production and sound.
Wadita Riddim:
This Riddim track is of the birth place of the Us Virgin Islands…a heated up-tempo dancehall track that can easily guise its’ self from dancehall to pop depending on the chosen delivery the artiste chooses. A truly entertaining dance track, guaranteed to be loved by everyone.
Counter Strike Riddim:
A product of Jamaica where dancehall is considered the HQ, this track will tantalize you with the different variations of drums and jungle sounds that together in the right places make a truly great track. The delivery of the artiste on the track is somewhat abstract but manages to keep its true dancehall vibe.
Listen and support this album, be a part of the change, be a part of the music.
