Welcome to the home of the premier preliminary pageant to Miss Gay Arizona USofA 2009. My name is Edward Castro and I’m the proud promoter of Miss Desert Elegance USofa, and I’m so honored to be a part of the Arizona USofA family and the USofA pageantry system that has over twenty years of experience and recognizes the talents of all walks of life. As a second year promoter, I strive to bring you a pageant full of Integrity, entertainment, tradition and elegance. On November 17, 2007 at Ain’t Nobody’s Bizness in Tucson, Arizona history was made as we crowned Jessica Deveraux our one and only Miss Gay Southern Arizona USofA. Jessica displayed excellence and elegance and went on to compete at the state level for the crown of Miss Gay Arizona USofA 2008. On February 24, 2008 the USofA system rose to the top of the pageantry tree as Broken Heel Productions put together an unbelievable pageant that crowned Naomi St. James our new and current Miss Gay Arizona USofA 2008. In true elegance and excellence Naomi went on to compete at the national level in Dallas, Texas this past May and finished seventh overall. Broken Heel Productions came away with the awards for Best Pageant for both Miss Gay Arizona UsofA and Miss Reina Del Sol Classic USofA raising eyebrows and putting Arizona on the map in the USofA pageantry system.This year history will be made as Solo Entertainment presents on Saturday January 10, 2009 at BS West in Scottsdale, Arizona Miss Desert Elegance USofA “A night at the Moulin Rouge†celebrating the reign of Jessica Deveaux.
Miss Desert Elegance USofA 2008 will be celebrating the reign of Jessica Deveraux and feature Miss Gay Arizona USofA Naomi St. James and very special guest from Dallas, Texas for her first Arizona appearance Miss Gay USofA 2004 Layla LaRue. The night will also have special performances by Miss Riena Del Sol Classic & Miss Gay Arizona USofA 2005 Tori Steele, Miss Gay Arizona USofA 2006 Chance Jordan and our soon to be crowned Miss Gay Scottsdale USofA 2008 and Miss Gay Chandler USofA 2008. The nights Mistress of Ceremonies will be the one and only blonde and beautiful Miss Gay Arizona 2007 Barbra Seville.Tickets are available at General Admission at the door for only $5.
