CSK brings home the "Breakthrough Album of the Year" (11-28-07) at the 17th Annual Hollywood F.A.M.E. Awards at the Whiskey Go-Go!!! Their latest release CHEMICAL DOGS brought the accolades, while The Kids brought down the house with a blistering performance!!!!
A.D. Adams was also awarded "Independent Rock Drummer of the Year", and presented bass player Rudy Sarzo (Ozzy/Whitesnake/Quiet Riot) with a lifetime achievement award!
The star-studded world renowned event, created and hosted by Al Bowman, of Peoria, founder of the LA Music Awards, recognizes independent achievement and distinction in film, art, music and entertainment from across the United States and the world.
“Not only was it an honor to be able to perform at this historic club, it was a great honor to receive this award and be recognized by our peers ,†said Ryan McKay of Crash Street Kids.
A.D. Adams related, “It’s not often that a drummer get singled out for independent achievement. I feel honored but share this award with the team, the great guys with whom I perform. It was a real dream come true playing at the Whiskey.â€

Jon Wisbey of the BCFM radio show in Bristol, England has just announed the Top 10 albums of 2007. At number ONE is Crash Street Kids "Chemical Dogs" !
The album earned very high praise from Jon, his listeners, and various industry people in and around the UK.

Plans are in the works for CSK to tour overseas in '08. Ryan McKay added "..we plan on going the UK as soon as we can, right now we are gearing up to tour the southwest US, and maybe Japan. But to play in England would be killer..."

Chuy's Adds Crash Street Kids To It's Wall of Fame!
Phoenix, Arizona --- The Crash Street Kids are back in Phoenix working on the follow up to the highly acclaimed “Chemical Dogs†album, but were not to busy to take time out to sign a few autographs.
Award winning restaurant chain “Chuy’sâ€, known for their mesquite grill and affinity for rock and roll, invited CSK to come down and sign posters of their New Times cover to be placed prominently in all locations in Arizona and California. District manager Steve Burris, who organized the event says, “The guys are great and they are the best new group I’ve seen in years …â€
‘This is a great way to kick off the new year†said guitarist Ricky Serrano as he adorned a poster with the phrase “SxRxRnRâ€. With a little imagination, one can figure out his code.
Crash Street Kids are coming off of a banner year with several awards and top honors. They took home “Breakthrough Artist of the Year†at the Hollywood FAME Awards, and “Chemical Dogs†was number one on the list of UK’s BCFM radio best albums of 2007.
CRASH STREET KIDS SIGHTING
Mesa, Arizona. Fans of Crash Street Kids lined the fence at Falcon Field to get a glimpse of their favorite Crash Street Kids, kid. The foursome stopped to greet the excited followers before boarding a flight to an undisclosed location to wrap up recording of their third album; due to be release in May.
The excited fans yelled and screamed, as Crash Street Kids walked out onto the tarmac, holding up signs and offering up whatever they could find to have autographed; the more bold of the fans baring a shoulder or tummy for the chance of a signature.
As the foursome boarded the Gulfstream jet, they paused for a final wave to the crowd before disappearing into the plane.
