After coming out with their first single "F*@ Your Brains" on a four track with a Squire Guitar and a First Act kit these people went from virtual nobodies to being signed by the biggest record company in history - Platinum Intergalactic Megasize Records at a reported 3 billion dollar deal.
Bats in the Basement is a cultural phenomenon and has inspired limitless bands and is contested that without Bats in the Basement that rock and roll would be completely gone, dominated by rap and R&B.
After releasing over 14 years the band is still going strong and is in the studio recording another album with a working title of, "Spiked Boot to Face" or "Drunk? Never Met Her!"
