Bin Fackeen was born in Slovenia and travelled abroad at a very early age, where he stayed for a decade, absorbing the different culture he was put into. Music has played a major part in his perception of the world...
Upon returning to Slovenia, he soon became familiar with the underground music scene of the (at that time) dormant techno music. Those were the good ol'days which inspired him to begin mixing music.
Over the years, Bin Fackeen (at that time performing under the pseudonym Damien) collaborated with his mates from the capital, who by that time had either began mixing music or producing it. Together they decided to present their work to a broader public. With Beltek they entered SYLD, a DJ, competition which took them off to the semi finals. They met new people and made new contacts which positively affected their forthcoming career.
Bin Fackeen performed at different venues and clubs in Slovenia such as Media Park, Club Lipa, Gala Hala (Metelkovo mesto), Club Africa, Heaven, Techno Park festival, D'Place...
He discovered his true passion, music production soon afterwards and has been hooked ever since. His style is constantly evolving. His tracks are a blend of techy beats and melodic synth sounds spiced with a minimalistic edge. Hard to describe really. Have yourself a listen on the player above.
