The producer of “The Simply…Real Music Series,†Mr. Marcus Chavers, is dedicated to showcasing local R&B and Soul artists as part of his effort to maximize exposure of well seasoned and talented artists. This event gives local artists, most who have been singing since childhood, an opportunity to translate positive messages and reach broad audiences through their music.“The Simply…Real Music Series†is a monthly event that is hosted at different venues throughout the Chicagoland area. Since its inception in January 2008, the event has drawn huge crowds and has showcased artists such as Miss Philly, Khari Lemuel, Jujuan, Swift of Nexx Level, Sherry Amour and many more.
