Son of one of the Dynamic Rockers legendary originators and leader of its third generation, Kid Glyde was not inspired by "B-Boying's" acrobatic and powerful art formuntil the age of eleven. With inspirations such as his father and Kid Freeze, his dream of becoming a major part and contributor to the B-Boy Community has been and still is becoming a reality. Kid Glyde's tremendous dance abilities have not only made him victorious in battles such as B-Boy Masters Pro-Am, Miami and the Rocksteady Crew's Crazy commandos but has caught the attention of BET's 106 & Park, MTV's hit show "Made", NYC's # 1 dance Radio station KTU's annual concert Beatstock and Dance music artist Lucas Prada. Through his creative, explosive and unbelievable performers he has not only been seen throughout the United States but in Canada and China as well. The NYC community has also been exposed to the influential and positive teachings and views of B Boy culture through Kid Glyde. Participating in programs with The Greater YMCA of New York he introduced B-Boying to inner city children through workshops and free lessons. As an event organizer and promoter he has partnered up with B Boy NYC to organize and promote events such as BBoy Masters Pro-Am NYC, B Boy Massacre and Rock Til You Drop, all averging from 300 to 500 people per event. Kid Glyde plans on bringing B-Boying to the level in which Skate boarding and BMX biking are today by helping other B-Boys establish themselves with both the physical and business aspects of the art form. His future goals will not only make him a major part in the B-Boy scene but a major impact in the Hip Hop community.
