-------------------------------------------------------- English info below.. just scroll down in this pink frame --------------------------------------------------------Apre s une edition 2007 de la Fete de la Musique qui a fait danser clubbers et curieux de 7 a 77 ans, avec la presence exceptionelle de D-Nox (Sprout, Electribe - Berlin) et Manuel Sofia (MOS - Global Underground, Audiotherapy, Sprout, Kumquat - Argentine), le Bazook'Kafe reste sur la meme dynamique et accueillera encore une fois cette annee des Djs qui nous distillerons les titres les plus envoutants de l'ete sous le moto "Never aggressive, always Progressive"!! Nous sommes tres heureux de la presence confirmee cette annee encore de Manuel Sofia, qui s'arretera a Selestat lors de sa tournee estivale europeenne. Le concept de l'an dernier lui a tellement plu que le Dj le plus en vue de Buenos Aires se fait une joie d'etre a nouveau parmi nous !!Manuel Sofia a.k.a. MOS _______________________Manuel etait deja parmi nous l'an dernier lors de sa premiere apparition en France. Seduit par le concept de la Fete de la Musique, il se fait une joie de revenir pour cette edition 2008, profitant de sa tournee europeenne, et malgre une actualite tres chargee. L'annee ecoulee lui a donne l'opportunite de signer des titres sur de prestigieux labels comme Global Underground ou Audiotherapy (son morceau "Emotionnal Distorsion", remixe par Popof etait entre dans le top 10 des telechargements Beatport). Avant d'aller s'exprimer devant plus de 25000 personnes au legendaire festival Creamfields (Buenos Aires) en Aout, il nous distillera un set variant de la Progressive House a la Techno pour feter la Musique avec nous !+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Ondrej ______Ondrej est a la fois un dj en pleine explosion et le manager du label KumQuat Tunes qui s'est illustre notamment en signant des artistes comme Luetzenkirchen ou D-Nox et Beckers. Leur titre "Something for your Mind" reprenant la fameuse voix de Chantal (l'un des titres Acid House les plus celebres au debut des annees 90) est une sortie phare de l'an dernier. A present le label s'oriente davantage vers la techno minimale, et cela se ressent dans les sets irreprochables d'Ondrej, qui revient d'une tournee sud-americaine, ou il est alle mettre le feu sur les dancefloors argentins, bresiliens et en Uruguay. Nous l'attendons avec impatience a cette Fete de la Musique 2008 !!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Miss Tick _________Myriam est une activiste infatiguable de la Trance Progressive en France. Dj de talent, elle organise de nombreux evenements (notamment la serie "Oh my God it's Thursday" au Batofar, à Paris) en solo, ou associee avec le collectif Seventh Sky, et s'implique dans le developpement de la scene, basee sur Paris. Avec des bookings sur l'ensemble de l'hexagone, mais egalement en Allemagne, en Angleterre ou au Portugal, elle subjuge les danseurs avec ses sets energiques et pleins d'influences tribales, sans negliger la subtilite et l'emotion qui caracterisent sa touche feminine !+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++John Modena ___________Dj depuis 1998, figure de la region et resident a l'Offshore (Bischheim), John Modena est egalement un producteur comble puisque son dernier titre s'est vu remixe entre autres par David Vendetta et playliste par Tiesto. Ondrej is also revelling challenges of audience in Greece with his "Dynamo" monthly show @ Danceradio.gr (every 2nd Tuesday 20h00 - 21h00 GMT+2 time). Proton Radio broadcasted Ondrej the whole month of June 07 at “D-Nox In Demand” show, reaching the top ten of listeners and also invited at the renowned ”Guest DJ Zone” show @ Best Radio 92.6 Mhz. in Greece. Featured on Progress! Party powered by FG Radio France, Ondrej is strongly evolving in the French scene.His music now focuses on progressive house beats but particularly very uplifting minimal-techno tracks. She meet Dj Natas, and they always release progressive sound as they love it: FAT music! Promoter of the famous “trance embarquement”parties in the well known Parisian “Boat” club “LE BATOFAR”, where some master progressive Dj’s and producer like Dnox and Beckers, Mapusa Mapusa, X Dream, André Absolut, James Monro, Kasey Taylor, Symphonix, Motion and many more played, she acts to promote progressive music since 2001. First in Submachine crew, then with the trance embarquement parties, she works to increase public, parties and success in France for this music she loves so much. She joined Seventh-sky crew in 2006, to create all together the “Majik sterenn” parties. They immediately fell in love and act now all together to promote eclectic parties around Paris. Now, she's a part of german Label called Spin twist records. Dj set speaking, Miss Tick like to play between progressive trance and progressive house/electro, with definitely a part of tribal accents. Hers set Dj’s are known for their glamour touch, a growling and rolling sound ever!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++John Modena ___________The art of playing music and mixing has no secret for John Modena, talented Dj passionated by the House muisc culture. Since 2002 his motivation and his determination pushed him to product on his own. Therefore he gathered one musician and two Dj's in order to create his first single : Shake Me (2004). In 2006 he made another single called "Can You Feel It" by Redworks featuring John and "Rock Your Body" the same year. John's last single "Forever" signed by the Label Dj Center is a real devastation in clubs release with remix by David Vendetta, Masterdam and Sebastiano Brizi and playlisted by Tiesto.
