I repair all famous and unknown British, American and 'other', valve guitar amps from the early days up to the printed circuit types. I have 10 years experience building, testing, repairing and designing products for a well known British/American 'boutique' amp builder. I can build you an amp to order, or a specialist item which has included many types of guitar amps, harmonica amps, spring reverb units with valve overdrive, capacitor upgrades, black-facing silver-faced amps, retro building/aging amps. Pedals, switching units, tone mods for guitar, rewiring, pickup replacement and basic set-ups. General amplifier servicing, re-valving and biasing............I don't charge anything for looking at the amp and diagnosing the problem, then, if you decide to go ahead with the repairs it's a fixed rate per hour plus any parts......No fix - no charge..........All my builds and repairs are of the highest quality point to point wired work. My customers include Billy Childish, Bikini Beach (REVERB-OD), The Hells, Gizzard Studios, Weird Love, Penthouse, The Parkinsons, Gold Blade, Dethscalator, Toehammer, Skull Disco, Karma Studios, Venom Seeds, Morning Bride and many unsung but hard-gigging others..I call a tube a valve, but each to their own - it's all the same...........

I think amps are to be used and abused not put in bank vaults.. ...
I revel in the sound of raw garage and blues, 60's and 70's rock, rock 'n' roll, metal and punk, but will honestly try make your amp sound how you want it!.......I understand science but trust ears...
