I'm a certified personal trainer at a personal training studio on the Northwest side. I have a degree (in General Studies) and a professional certification (in Fitness) from Pima College. I've done 1 competitive natural bodybuilding competition...and want to keep it that way. It was an intense experience, especially the 12 weeks leading up to it (diet, cardio, lifting, posing, routine coreography, etc.) I'm glad I did it, though.
