I am a licensed real estate appraiser and always looking for new contacts. I own my own company DMG Appraisals, and also work for a large appraising firm. I have appraised many high-end celebrity homes in the 2-5 million dollar range as well as numerous low to mid range valued properties. I offer a quick-turnaround (1-3 days), do value checks by phone (just call and say you need a comp check, takes 2-3 minutes), and write excellent reports (no conditions). I am also a reviewer for countrywide/landsafe for jumbo loans so I definitely know what the lender wants to see on the appraisal. The most important thing I offer is great communication, I see too many appraisers who dont do it. If I get to the property and there is a problem, the first person I am calling is the agent, on the spot. I am not out to take peoples' money, knowing the appraisal is going to get cut or not accepted due to conditions of the property. If the loan does not go through due to my appraisal, I have no problem refunding most of the money (save for trip fee).
