First started to get into music at the age of 12 Playing the drums and bass guitar. That soon developed into Playin around on my dads drum and beat machines he had around the house. By the age of 15 I composed my first real beat, at this time i started to write and develope mysleft as a full producer and musician. I took a two year break to get up on school n sports for those who already know me already know dat. But 2 years later i started to show intrest again in makin more beats but then took another 2 years off as i left home for my first year in college. While i was in college i met one of my guys to this date named Taggiz a highly talented singer at iowa central community college. After hearing how developed he was it gave me inspiration to keep makin music. So between the times that i went home to visit i started to make more music at this time i was really finding myslef makin some good beats so i began to keep up on my writing. After My first year of college i had got into some trouble wit the law n had to stay home n take a semester off of school but still continued to do my music thang. As i got a job n shit n coninued on the daily grind and school i kept up on my music and lyrics by this time I started to develope my swag n delivery N came up wit my name Promo because i promote myself n everything i do And a side name which was Young Mozart which was for when i rap on my own tracks and basically do most of the work for producin so i came up wit Young Mozart cause i compose this shit. But i started branchin out to other local rappers and found myself wit my mentor P(.)...(p dot) Who has helped me a lot along this way we are recently workin on my demo cd so i can get it out their so people can hear what needs to be heard n shit. But As i type I am gettin my ass out of trouble wit the law n everythin n getting ready to finish up my last semester at this local college n head off to another college n start my football carrer their but i will still be continuing my music to the fullest you can catch me doin local shows here in the Quad Cities and look foward to hearing some new shit that yall aint heard before So keep up wit ya boy Promo and show some luv best of luck to all yall
