At the age of 15 years old, the uncontrollable musical restlessness bring Jess to initiate on the classic guitar world with Eduard Orriols, “Palmito”, a conservatory expert on classical themes as well as lieutenant of the chair of study of flamenco music. After a year of this initiation Jess buys his first electric guitar. After a few months of trying both disciplines, he forms his first band, a Metallica..s covers band, called “The Metallicats”. New projects were appearing, while composing new songs in bands like Karity, In Noctem, Black Velvet Sea, Nure and Lesstar. In all these projects, Jess was composing and giving personality to his music, from the most simply blues to the darkest and extreme music. He was always interested in the “sound” thing, for this reason he started to study sound engineering overall in the record studios stuff. From here, Jess was doing diverse works in this sense, recording, mixing and producing. Until the last point that is the new Rotten Tribe album “13 Revelations”, mixed by Jess and totally self-produced by the band with an awesome result. He had collaborated as a professional musician in the “Chatahoochie’s Big Band” and in different classical recitals “Noches de Bohemia”. He was also interested in the luthiers thing, up to the point of making his own guitar. All this knowledge brings to Jess to create his own equipment that is totally customized by and for him.
