Progressive keyboard virtuoso Martin van Es joined with fusion/shred guitarist Nate Beck out of their mutual love of progressive metal, jazz fusion, and science fiction to begin writing and recording their instrumental concept album "Departure From Lifeless Earth". The album is estimated to be finished by the end of 2008.
