The Vetruvian man has come!

About Me

My father was abusive and violent towards both I and his mother, leading me to be shy and reclusive in school. However at my mother's insistence I was determined not to become like my father and threw all my efforts into my education, regularly scoring top marks. At puberty, I was hinted at being a low-level telepathic mutant, giving my father an anuerysm as my father went to beat me. I did not explore these powers however. Before my transformation into the megalomaniacal archenemy of the web-slinger, I was a brilliant and respected nuclear physicist, inventor, and lecturer. I designed a set of highly advanced mechanical arms to assist me with my research into atomic physics. The tentacled arms were resistant to radiation, capable of great strength and highly precise movement and were attached to a harness that fit around my body.In an accident, the apparatus became fused to my body, and my mutant abilities gave me the ability to control the movement of the arms using my thoughts alone. The accident also seemingly damaged my brain (though it was later suggested that what was interpreted as brain damage was in fact my mind rewiring itself to accommodate four extra limbs), and the scientist turned to a life of crime.Though I am not much to speak of physically, and am near-sighted to the extent that I am legally blind without the aid of my eye-glasses, with my harness attached I am physically more than a match for Spider-Man: in my first appearance I beat Spider-Man so badly that the wall-crawler considered giving up his heroic career until he was inspired to continue by the Human Torch.
I edited my profile with Thomas’ Myspace Editor V3.6 !
