Laura Jane Scott is a London-born kiwi hybrid, based in Los Angeles. Her music is full of rainy-day sentiments the UK so aptly produces, but balanced out nicely by her optimistic kiwi outlook. Inspired by people from all walks of life, places she's been too, and places she dreams of... she writes her music on the harp, piano, or guitar, and then fleshes it out on her mac. Laura has composed several scores for short films, bio-pics, and webisodes. A jack of all trades - but truly her passion is singing. her voice is like no other. The Beatles sang her to sleep throughout her childhood, cheered her up in the chaos of her adolescence, and still inspire her work today.
