We first played together in 1978 and into the early 1980s, we fell out of contact for almost 15 years as we lived in different places. We chanced across one another in 1997 and we havent stopped working together since.

We've recorded over 60 songs and had an ep released (Available through Itunes etc on WTFD records) currently we have three songs available on "A Trackmark Taster" on the Trackmark label. We have existed in isolation, recording and working on ideas without really considering being a live band, though in the last couple of years we've got quite into playing live, though it is very difficult to find gigs that are actually worth doing for anything other than practice. We are opposed to pay to play, though as time goes on it is becoming obvious that these are the gigs worth doing and the promoters know it and thats why they expect you to pay for it. Music Industry you brought this on yourself and it is a real shame.
This recording only and playing everything ourselves has made our new found lust for live work a challenge. We'd need to be a 10 piece band to play what we recorded and theres only 2 of us We perform with backing that we have performed and recorded ourselves, no other musicians were harmed in the making of this music
In the intervening years when we were out of touch Paul played in a lot of bands and did a lot of gigs, often being sought out for his unique abilities. He plays pretty much anything with strings or keys on it and drums too. db has been a drummer, bassist, guitarist and singer at different times in different bands, sometimes in different countries.
In 2005 we were featured on BBC 6 music and told to put ourselves out there.......so here we are

WTFD records have released 5 of our songs 'Pauls not from Utah', 'Shining Light', 'March Of The Unevolved Insect', 'Wreckless Beans' and 'Alberts Grudge', online through most internet portals.
(Here is a dodgy live film of us at beatherder 2008, you must excuse the sound quality as we werent on until the second night by which time half the PA wasnt working and the sound engineer forgot to put the onstage monitors onstage), all the same it represents our live act pretty well.......
At the moment we are mostly focusing on our live set which is noisy and raucous and very different from our recorded stuff but then live stuff should be shunnit. P.S.We are being inundated with spam these days so have made the decision to not allow spam on our comments, there seems to be a lot out there who befriend you so they can fill your comments page with stuff about some tune they've recorded which generally is pretty awful, but they are convinced they are going to be the next big thing etc etc, well, dont even bother and save us the trouble of denying it, we dont spam others so we dont want others to spam us unless of course we like you or know you or your artwork is superb or something, Im waffling a bit now, basically GENERIC SPAM GO AWAY.
