Junior Nesta est un chanteur reggae nantais, il mélange les genres au nom du métissage des cultures : du new roots au hip hop en passant par le dancehall et le ska. En 2003, il débute dans les sound systems avec Jah Youth Family puis avec African Light, Highbass, Kingo Love, mais aussi au Sénégal, où il assure, avec d'autres jeunes artistes locaux, la première partie de Viviane Ndour.
