I ATE IT

Some friends of mine (Renee Stahl and Chuck Lee Bramlett) had a really great pod cast called "The Left Coast". They had musical guests, political chat and everything good. I decided to be the "food correspondent/critic" on the show. This turned out to be less about food and more about life, although food was always a common theme. While the Left Coast Podcast is no longer, I have decided to resurrect the I ATE IT portion of the podcast... and now that we have landed in the Pacific North West you can bet there will be new ones coming your way.If you are in Portland and have a restaurant that you would like me to visit, please email me.I am Sarah Arslanian and..... You can find "Rain" on Joey Fehrenbachs album Mellowdrama and Say Something has not been released, but was a collaboration with Matthew Beighley (Wait. Think. Fast.). Music is usually written beforehand and I write the lyrics. I either record them and send them back to the producer, or go in to the studio with them. Currently I am looking to collaborate and do everything via email. If I know you and you have music, but no lyrics/vocals please reach out if interested.
