The Session hosted by Wai Big Media Group LLC is a monthly songwriting and producer event in conjunction with SONGS Music Publishing.
SONGS a service-oriented music publisher provides writers with an advance against future royalties. SONGS also administers royalty collections, finds increased value in the market through synch licensing in film, TV, advertising, and video games and provides opportunities for their clients to collaborate with other writers.
Creative networking event, The Session is held with the purpose of creating synergy between artists, producers, writers, and music executives. A select group of producers and writers to come together at various recording studios with the purpose of collaborating and creating new music. Studios we planned for for 2008 include Pulse, The Cutting Room, Electric Lady, Quad, Bicoastal, Boondog, Platinum, and Pie. Guest arrive to a social hour and eventually disperse to network creatively in a studio setting with the intention of collaborating for specific major label projects.
