About Me

Claire Bright is a Manchester-based artist, most associated with her expressive autobiographical work and colourful story-telling. Born in Manchester in 1982, Bright studied at Manchester Metropolitan University’s School of Art from where she graduated with an Honours degree in Fine Art (Painting) in July 2004. As well as selling portraiture to private collectors, Bright has worked on commissions for stationery artwork and graphic web design for Jimpanzee.
