DJ LCata, nome artístico de Luís Catarino, nascido em 1971, com 17 anos já se movia pelas cabines dos mais diversos clubes do Algarve. Começou a sua carreira como DJ residente num clube da zona o “Comboio” passando por outros mais até aos seus jovens 22 anos. Após se ter lançado, a sua vida como DJ quebrou ficando o trabalho que desenvolveu até então sem saber o que o futuro lhe traria. Em 2007 volta com a criatividade e o entusiasmo necessário exprimindo a paixão que sempre sentiu e sente pela música! Ritmos como Funky, House e Electro são as armas escolhidas para transformar todas as noites numa festa! Tem actuado em vários espaços com glamour como a NIKKI Beach Portugal, bem como outros eventos, clubes e festas privadas vindo a desenvolver um trabalho profissional. Uma das características que define o DJ LCata é as longas actuações. Algo que tem a ver com a própria educação musical do DJ, que agora se dedica com todo e empenho e profissionalismo! Em 2008, iniciou o seu percurso de DJ produtor, concretizando o seu sonho.
