Open Grave [Recording]

The guitarists David and Miki decided to run a band called “Open Grave” in summer 2005, with the singer Giuseppe and the drummer Eddy (ex Bloody Slave); soon Eddy will be substituted by Carlo Alberto (Hangover) and Marco will be the new bassist. Time for the first shows: an exhibition for the music school of Monte San Giusto and a competition called Musikantiere. In summer 2006 Carlo Alberto leaved the band...incredible change of line-up: Giuseppe became the new drummer (drums has ever been is real passion) and Francesco became the new singer. The group take part of some shows, some of them a real failure like the exhibition for the Pork Rock 2007, organised by a local restaurant for the Labour Day. New changes on the horizon: Roberta became the new singer, the sound of the band became more personal and melodic, with a female presence…but it’s a short presence because on January 2008 Roberta leaved Open Grave. In the period with Roberta there are good improvements and good shows: Rock On in Monte San Giusto and Veregra Sound Festival in Montegranaro. January 2008: time for Laura, surely a very talented singer. A turning point for the band: great improvements, successful shows (Ludobar, Oca Nera, Bar Gioia) and a powerful desire of reach something. The group started to record their first demo: it will be called “Heart Of Darkness”, like the most famous track of Open Grave. We can anticipate the tracklist: “Intro-My OG”, “Heart Of Darkness”, “Filthy World”, “What You Were”, “Everlasting Love”. The band would thanks all the people who care about them and support, first of all the friends/fan that are a constant presence in the live exhibitions. OG have had several problems with the recording of their demo, so they have decided to change the recording studio. We expect to present our "Heart Of Darkness" in 2010.
