Black Betty is actively drawing comics and illustrations whilst non-actively sitting on her bum at her drawing desk in her studio, when not working at Empire Toys, Perth. She is basically married to her pencil.. trust me.. I know. Betty has created designs for Martin Print (Perth), Freaks + Geeks Toys (Perth) and Empire Toys. Black Betty has created comics for overseas newspapers whilst also being a teacher at a youth club in Denmark, Europe, teaching the art of comics.Black Betty's style is mostly inspired by her environment (which isn't really that profound, but it's definitely an interesting environment!), but the main catalysts would be the forces of music added with her extensive travels which have led to Betty's very broad style of artwork.Betty will stop now.
