Being a mom is the best. It still doesn't seem real all the time, but that's ok...she'll remind me soon enough! I'm a student right now, but I'm taking online classes. Which actually is really good for me, it was the "going to class" part that I always had the most problems with. Now I just do the work, with no boring lecture to attend. I'm finding myself turning more and more into Martha Stewart (minus the jail part).

I miss going out but the times I do, I have an absolute blast. I love my friends so much. But what I don't miss is the hangover the next day. I mean really, when are they going to make vodka that doesn't induce massive headaches and vomiting the next day? My true love is beer. Good beer. Stella is my latest fling, but we don't hook up too often.
Most parents will understand this, but I really feel like I've lost myself recently. I have more time to do stuff now that she is sleeping more often, but at that time I'm so tired I'm not up to doing anything. It's worth it, but I can't wait to have complete thoughts again. Well...you know what I mean. To have complete ANGIE thoughts again, some may not consider those to be actual complete thoughts. And if you think that's funny because you know what I'm talking about, fuck you. I said I'm not sleeping as much, not that I'm not quick to tell you off. Just ask Steve. :)
I used to think that I understood people, but really I don't. I can spend years thinking a person is a certain way, only to find out that I wasn't right. The best friends I've ever had don't live anywhere close to me. People I didn't think I had anything in common with, I find out that I do.
I'm in love with fall. I love that it's dark outside earlier and the smell in the air. Being inside with pajamas on, underneath a blanket is just the best. I think there is too much stress on needing to be outside in the summer, just because it's nice outside. I want to be where I want to be, not because I should be somewhere. I am the happiest from October until New Years, it's the greatest time of year.
