I have adopted East Grinstead as my new home over the past 4 years, although born in France where I have been painting for 15 years, having learned my technique in several French ateliers. I discovered my passion when I met an art teacher & artist Alain Maymo, proving very quickly that I had great potential in painting.
I then went on to improve my portrait skills with Dejan kotri himself a student of the academy of Belgrade in Serbia. I have presented many exhibitions in France, Switzerland and England.
I consider myself as a figurative artist, painting in the medium of oil. My last exhibition was a collection of portraits, where the subjects are placed in different settings, some real, some unreal and some with an almost fairytale quality, which gives a mysterious character to the pictures where the esthetic and the dream occupy the space of the subject...

I am currently studying the classical oil technique used by the old Masters such as Rembrandt and Vermeer. My first painting using this technique was a success (Portrait of Cate Blanchett as Queen Elizabeth I) is already on display in a Gallery.
I have just finished creating my latest piece a portrait of Jonny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow.
