Yeah thats right i ran 20 miles...........from anaheim to the beach...in 3 and a half hours.......the only problem is that im the most sore ive ever been in my life.... i mean my calfs are killing...m...

today i went to one of my cllients classes in long beach.......she teaches special ed at stephens middle school......let me tell you to see these kids at first glance is heartbreaking...with disorders...
