I started playing piano at the age of 6. Took lessons until I was 13. Joined my first band at the age of 15 and 2 more following that. In 1989 I was attending Duquesne University where I met a guy who would eventually invite me to join his newly formed band "BIG BAD WOLF". We recorded 2 studio albums and toured the East coast for 7 years. The same month we were signed to Infinity Records, he fell from a rope and was paralyzed. From here I started my first piano gig at JellyRolls in Stations Square. I spent the next 4 years with Joey Granati and others mastering the art of Dueling Pianos. No, I never really mastered it... No one does !! Anyway, JellyRolls closed down and we anxiously awaited a new venue. Water Front opens and so does Sing Sing. Played there for a few years before giving the music scene a few years break and giving Real Estate a shot. Not bad...Not Great. I'll keep it as a second income.
Went to see Joey G at Charlie Murdochs. A fabulous club on the strip in South Side. Dueling Pianos but with a little edge. Great place and a Great Time. Things just fell into place and I was offered a spot. The line-up is now Joey Granati, Pete Moran, Ron Soltis, and Myself. It is one Kick-Ass show. I'll see you there. .
. . .Thanks for stoppin in !!
