Hi all! And welcome to my fan page for Katie Norris’s music!
Katie Norris is a singer/ songwriter who was born in Maryland. Early in life she learned to play the piano. She earned her BA at Frostburg State University in Theater and Music, and then moved to New York City. In New York, Katie stared in two movies. The first was “Confessions of a Teenage Supergirlâ€.
As an actress, Katie is truly a breath of fresh air! She is really believable in the role of Supergirl, and I love how Katie portrayed her. She is absolutely perfect for the role, and brought such a heroic presence to the film. She also brought a sweet vulnerability to Supergirl and Linda Lee. Katie wonderfully communicates so much to the audience through a simple gesture or with her eyes. I would like to encourage everybody who has seen the movie to write to the powers that be at Warner Brothers to reconsider their decision. Perhaps with enough fan support they would change their minds about COATS.
The address is:
Warner Brothers Studios
4000 Warner Boulevard
Burbank, CA 91522
She stared in “…If It Does Not Last†as well. She also recorded 5 songs for her EP Little Secrets. Now Katie resides in Los Angeles, and continues to pursue her dreams!
Here is Katie's latest song- "Dilara, Where Are Ya?" So Cool and Amazing!!!
I created this myspace page to encourage everyone who visits to please visit Katie’s music myspace at this link.

A few reasons I’m a fan of Katie’s music:
Her lyrics are so intelligent and beautifully written! One of her songs is from the perspective of Kara Zor El/ Linda Lee/ Supergirl, who Katie brought to life from the comic books in Dan Nastro’s film “Confessions of a Teenage Supergirlâ€. “Three Faces of Kara†expresses the conflicts and emotions of the character: “Maybe I ask for too much, good deeds have their pay, but I can’t help but wonder is lonely the only part I play, I can fly across the world, I can leave this all behind, Someone else can have my life, I can hide in someone else, Turn around walk out the door, Keep moving on, Can’t waste time when it’s gone, but I have my own pace and I know what I face and whoever I am I can’t be afraid.†This song adds so much to Katie’s performance in COATS, and why I consider the film to be the best Supergirl movie EVER! Another wonderful song of Katie’s is “This Septemberâ€. I love the way Katie in this song talks about an unfinished relationship in such a thoughtful way. “…Everyday since the day you left, I find a way to try and let you know, I can't decide from these letters I write, If I'm making any sense this time,… It's hard to tell in this September, When I wake each day,
Still rememberin', Those bright eyes, Your hand in mine., Your unexpected kiss, In an unexpected place, The way I caught ya, Starin' with that smile,
On your face., Oh give me more of those September days, There's some kinda magic, In the space they take away, Feelin' like I'm fallin in some place, And I think I wanna stay… Everyday you echo through my thoughts,
All the words we didn't say still lost, Between loud and clear, And not quite there at all, And still we talk, It's hard to just imagine, These unpredicted moments, Keep on rollin' by…â€
Katie plays the piano beautifully and with such skill and passion in her songs!
And, finally, Katie’s singing voice is very lovely, and she conveys so much emotion!
Important Note: I’m NOT Katie Norris! I’m just a fan and supporter of her music!
