i have CANCER.
May 18th 2000 i was diegenost with bone cancer on my right leg. after months of kimo the docters said they would have to remove my leg because the tumor was so large. so on Augest 7th 2000 i lost my right leg... in Jan of 2001 i finished my kimo and went into remission... then sadly, on Valentines day 2002 it came back again in my lungs. ever since then i've been having painful surgerys to remove the tumors.
FEAR.
now after 4 years and 10 surgerys of removing tumors, the doctors have found 1 tumor on my heart and 1 in each of my lungs.... the 1 in the left lung is the size of a golf ball and all of the tumors cannot be removed through surgery because its to risky... so my only option is now kimo... in the past kimo hasn't worked to stop the tumors from growing. so now we're trying to find new kimo drugs that will work.
HOPE.
i believe with all my heart that there is a reason for everything and that no matter what God has a plan... i have faith that God, a positive attitude, talented doctors, kimo drugs, my amazing supportive friends and family, and never ever giving up will Heal and Cure me of this horrorific sickness... because what you believe in is everything... and i believe in hope because hope gives me the strangth to believe...
LIFE.
i am so greatful to have gone through it! it change my life and made me a better person and i would do it all over again. because hard times build character and make you stronger... they make you realize whats important and what life is all about. life is what you make it!... life is good! nothing can stop you from dreaming to live.............. not even cancer!...
