The EKZOD LIVE project emerged in 2008 under the initiative of Fabien Cimetière (DJ Polux, Chilli Palmer, Roman Foto), who has played as warm-up DJ for Agoria, Daisy aka Mandradore, Noisebuilder, Torgull, Lake Soul, Laura Palmer, Stephanovitch, Miloch, Alex K, Cedr’x, Ralph, Strat, St Jean, Garfield, Chris Bond, Alex L aka Lowkey, Miss Roussia, Boris aka Syrob, Crescendo, and more. After having performed as a DJ for 10 years in a variety of clubs and radio stations in France (Paris, Montpellier, Nîmes, Clermont-Fd, Quiberon, Roanne, Vichy, Montluçon, Moulins, etc), and as resident DJ at « La Dolce Vita » (Digoin-71), he decided to go live, playing his own set of productions with machines. He developed his studio skills with Crescendo (Paris), as well as with his new-wave electro project Roman Foto which was co-founded by british singer Jane S. and himself. They've already performed live on several occasions and are currently working on an album. With EKZOD he blends electro and progressive techno music through his tunes that were influenced by his french background (The Hacker, Vitalic, Black Strobe, Daft Punk, etc) and by being so close to Germany (Kraftwerk, DJ Hell, Christian Morgenstern, etc). He has already played this live at several gigs and festivals in Paris, Strasbourg and Vichy.

Le projet EKZOD LIVE est né en 2008 à l’initiative de Fabien Cimetière (DJ Polux, Chilli Palmer, Roman Foto), qui a joué en 1ères parties de DJ's tel que : Agoria, Daisy aka Mandragore, Noisebuilder, Torgull, Lake Soul, Laura Palmer, Stephanovitch, Miloch, Alex K, Cedr’x, Ralph, Strat, St Jean, Garfield, Chris Bond, Alex L aka Lowkey, Miss Roussia, Boris aka Syrob, Crescendo, etc. Après avoir mixé en tant que DJ pendant 10 ans dans diverses soirées en club ainsi qu’à la radio en France (Paris, Montpellier, Nîmes, Clermont-Fd, Quiberon, Roanne, Vichy, Montluçon, Moulins, etc) et une résidence d’un an dans le club « La Dolce Vita » (Digoin-71), il a décidé de passer à la production. Il a développé ses connaissances en studio avec Crescendo (Paris) ainsi qu’avec son projet electro new-wave Roman Foto emmené par la chanteuse britannique Jane S. avec qui il s’est déjà produit en live. Avec EKZOD, il mêle electro et techno progressive et joue une musique influencée par ses origines françaises (The Hacker, Vitalic, Black Strobe, Daft Punk, etc) et par l’Allemagne toute proche de chez lui (Kraftwerk, DJ Hell, Christian Morgenstern, etc). Il a déjà eu l’occasion de jouer ce live à diverses reprises pour des soirées ou festivals à Paris, Strasbourg et Vichy.
