5th Generation

Hailing from Eastern North Carolina, 5th Generation brings a progressive style of reggae/rock music to open up your mind and your ears. With conscious lyrics, deep rhythms and smooth melodies, this band is coming with a musical message of love and understanding. Although rooted in reggae and rock, 5th Generation does not limit themselves to any style of music. The core instrumentation is made up of Sean P. Gregory on vocals and rhythm guitar, Joe Petriello on Bass, James Beale on lead guitar, and Ken Forrest on drums. After a short hiatus, 5th Generation has regrouped and formed a new sound for the people. Club owners have found 5th Generation a good fit as an opener for national acts such as: The Original Wailers, Soldiers of Jah Army, Passafire, The Movement, The Supervillains and Ballyhoo.
