In An Emergency Dial

About Me

In An Emergency Dial are a management & promotions outfit based in Norwich who through previous experiences, contacts and their passion for music have become one of the most established outfits in Norwich.
Built up by Sunny and Dan Reynolds , they have been highlighted in NME Magazine, Outline Magazine, Event Magazine, on BBC Norfolk and on BBC Radio One. As well have a good working relationship with venues, musicians and booking agents.
Sunny first started in music at the tender age of 15, booking, promoting and hosting a series of shows in the North of Norfolk which proved very successful and even attracted media attention.
From this, he expanded into the city and hosted select gigs with some upcoming bands, and started growing his reputation as a valued promoter, securing shows with some of Norwich's favourites and bands from out of the county.
Now 22, Sunny has undergone experience in London working for Gut Records in Maida Vale, touring the UK with bands as well as writing for numerous review magazines and giving advice to upcoming artists.
Through seeing 200+ bands a year, he is constantly growing his contacts and eye for upcoming music, and with his association with Dan Reynolds they have secured some huge names for 2009, as well as some valuable contacts, continuing to grow their reputation as In An Emergency Dial
Dan Reynolds has been involved in music since playing in his first band at the age of 13. Over the years he gained notable success with previous band Saleontomorrow , touring the UK with them and gaining priceless experience.
After working hard and gaining an A* in Music at GCSE, he went onto complete a BTEC National Diploma in Music, followed by 3 years at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston achieving a First Class Honours Degree in Contemporary Music.
Previously working as Entertainments Assistant for both the UEA and Waterfront venues in Norwich, Dan has had previous experience at the Eastern Daily Press (EDP) and he too regularly scouts bands at gigs across the UK, frequently visiting Englands capital for shows. After playing in bands "Saleontomorrow", "Welcome The Tourist" and more recently "Battlements", Dan is drumming for a number of function bands as well as currently practicing in a new band with a bright future.
