Elguapo is Psycho Mike and Tony Gamble!
Psycho Mike Catherwood well known from the Kevin & Bean Morning Show 106.7 KROQ, and Tony Gamble, award winning guitarist and famous ukulele shredder. Mike is your everyday undercover radio guy who loves music, and guitar! Tony has played for some of the biggest names in music, but if you ask him who he's played with, he'll roll his eyes at you..It's all about whats going on right now. Psycho Mike met Tony in Pasadena at a now out of business music store. Tony was a guitar instructor and Mike was a student. They quickly became friends and as Mike was recording parody songs for the Kevin & Bean Morning Show he employed Tony to record the guitar parts for such hits as " Hey There Vagina" and various other songs. "We opened for fuckin Metallica"! Well, Elguapo is also working on original tunes, but schedules between both parties are hectic, so 2009 looks good.. Stay tuned!
