Meyatra finished recording their album with the legendary producer KRAMER ( www.kramershimmy.com ). The main session took place in Edinburgh (22-26 January). Now Kramer's mixing & mastering stuff in his studio in Miami. As a special guest Meyatra invited Mark Carr to record his stunning instruments like waterphone, the needle, ..... The album will contain 19 tracks of newly arranged songs as well as premiere material - real journey to the deepest areas of your mind ... guitars recorded by Miro & tablas, samples by Biscuit D (TWD). Miroslaw 'Miro' Kepinski - contemporary guitarist and sitar player. Graduating from a Classical Music school in Mlawa, Poland as Musician Instrumentalist (Classical Guitar), Miro then expanded his musical knowledge by enrolling at the Jazz faculty of the Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland. Upon graduation, Miro was awarded the title Musician the Artist in recognition of his studies and has gone on to enjoy a career playing a broad palette of musical styles including rock, blues and metal.Miro's collaborative work includes playing guitar with bands Carnal, Self-pollution and co-founded an art-rock group by the name of Yahatra. In 2007, after working on new material for Yahatra, Miro founded an experimental project called Meyatra. This new project showcases work of his own composition and improvisation, which are based on a strong rhythm section with guitar leading other instruments in a layered sound. His work- as solo or collaborative artist- has been well received by both print and online reviews.

Biscuit D started out as a bass player in various punk and experimental bands in Scotland, such as The Varikose Veins, Oi Polloi, The Stayrcase and Forkeye, as well several side projects like Big Shot and Pile Up. He started DJing in 1996 on the underground house and techno scene in Edinburgh, playing at clubs like Digital and Chromatic. He's currently a resident DJ at Pivo. In 2004, Biscuit D began learning tabla under the guidance of Vijay Kangutkar, Scotland's most eminent tabla player. As well as solo tabla performances, Biscuit D has provided classical tabla accompaniment to sitarist Miro Kepinski and sarod player Diptesh Battacharya. Currently, Biscuit D is working on tracks wth DJ Silverback in London as well as providing the beats for Meyatra.
