Tondo believes that every person, regardless of race or ethnicity, deserves an opportunity to experience fullness of life. Tondo believes in the responsibility of society to reach out to those in need and share the wealth and abundance of opportunity that exists in our country. Tondo believes we should not only take a stance of intolerance against violations of human rights but also work to transform the situation by empowering individuals with the necessary tools to make foundational changes in their country.
Tondo believes that America not only offers solutions for practical needs (i.e. housing, jobs, medical care) but also provides an atmosphere of freedom and diversity that allows individuals to explore their own dreams, goals, and talents. Tondo will allow participants to experience these opportunities by providing one-on-one mentors to encourage a journey of self-discovery.
