His compassion and sense of dedication to those in his inner circle is undeniable. He does so without complaint or regret. He makes his decisions and stands by it. He takes responsibility for his failures in private. He doesn't blame others for his decision, choices or mistakes. When there is a conflict, he doesn't takes cover until the storm has passed. Raised voices, fights, and power games revile him. If his back is against the wall with no escape possible he becomes a daunting and violent adversary.
