Grown Folks Literary Group of Atlanta is comprised of major/self-published authors, publishers, and aspiring writers. Our mission is to provide educational mechanisms to those writers who are serious about becoming published and/or taking their skill to a higher level.We are currently in the embrionic stage of development; but our structural and operational goals are gradually being achieved on a daily basis. Solidification of our identity, organizational status, and annual calendar of events will be broadcast very soon.In the meantime, we are happy to publicize the fact that the Grown Folks buzz is more than immense right about now. It will only become more powerful as time goes on.Grown Folks held a VERY SUCCESSFUL self-publishing workshop on May 3rd of this year in Smyrna, Ga.
