Do you really want to know this stuff!!Only claim to musical fame was to have supported, The Producers (Harry Skinner's award winning UK blues band) that was back in 2000. Oh yeah, and then get invited back on stage to play rhythm guitar on the track "janine" - great night. Other tenuous music links are:- once hired to sing at a posh 40th birthday bash and the sax player was
none other than Chris White (Dire Straits/Robbie Williams/ the list is
endless). Check out Dire's - "your latest trick" on You Tube! Really really
nice bloke
- promoted the fabulous Ian Parker (ianparkermusic) for some gigs in
Wiltshire. Another really nice bloke (as are the boyz in the band)
- once joined on stage by UK bluesman Matt Schofield (MattSchofieldTrio)
for a couple of blues tracks (his sound engineer was playing with me at the
time, great guitartist in his own right (Simon Law). You guessed, top blokes!
- sang 2 tracks with UK bluesman Eddie Martin, but only cuz the groom told
him I was a singer!
- in 2000 gave Steve Harris (Iron Maiden), yes, the real Steve Harris, a lift
to Maiden's gig at the NEC (long, but funny story)
- recently been hangin out with vocalist Chad Brown (Lionheart, "Die for
Love") who also toured with Andy Scott's Sweet. And yes another top bloke.Other than that mainly fronted Blues Bands and Soul Bands. Got fed up with loud music, so have turned acoustic - fantastic, should have done it years ago!Now creating acousitc mayhem in very small venues and during private functions -great fun.
