It's scary to do something new and put your voice out there but hey, where's the fun in playing it safe?
This music is not for anything in particular, it's just for ME...If you happen to like it, then I'm happy. Any money I make from singing will go to help people who need it. I'm already blessed.
My name is Sera Lubowa. I'm an international model born in Uganda, Africa and raised in TEXAS! I like rock, reggae, and jazz music the most but I love to listen to whatever sounds good to me.
In 2007, I became Miss Uganda USA 2007-2008 and later went on to compete in the Miss Africa USA Pageant.
I Have now launched my website, www.seralubowa.com ; a new music career and I'm now working with various foundations like Invisible Children, Children On A Mission and KACI & I to help promote education and safety for children in Uganda and in The USA. I have been featured in such magaines as POA Magazine, Basic Magazine, BHF Magazine and many more.
I plan to visit Uganda this December for the first time in 15 years and plan to build a dance school and other businesses to secure a strong future for Uganda and the girls that remind me of myself.
