Hello, my name is Mitul aka, Mit the Shit, or Mit Monster! I like music more than I like to breath. Music, to me, is like a religion, I'm not a religious person, and in general I actually detest the whole concept of religion, but when ur into something so much, when u believe in something so strongly, when what u believe in can make u feel various emotions, can give u realisations on life situations, and generally create a state of mentallity, I think music can almost become a religion..........
... I'm also known for regularly, talking a load of bollox.
On a serious note, I work for a production company as an Editor. Mainly orientated around those crazy late night quiz shows, who most of u... hate, lol. It's an alright job tho, and it pays the bills (just about), but I spend most of my time writing music, playing music and listening to music. Music has to be there at all times, it's there right now, while I type all this bullshit up... it's almost like a disease... but one u don't mind having, unlike an STD or something... Urgh!
I play guitar in a band called 'Box Monster' which takes up a lot of my time, but I'm not complaining, I fucking love it. If u like fairly Hard Rock music, with elements of Metal, Grunge, Stoner, and a twist of Lemon... then check us out @ a venue near u...!
Okay, so what else do I like... Oh yeah, I love Slash (Guns n' Roses/Velvet Revolver guitarist). He's my god. As I mentioned earlier, music is my religion and all religions have a God or Gods don't they? Well, I don't care, in my eyes God is who u want it to be, and who influences u the most in the life that ur living, and Slash is one of my Gods... as I mentioned earlier... bullshit comes out naturally from me :o)
Alongside the love of music, I like watching films, DVD's, getting wasted whenever the opportunity arrives... err... seeing bands, going to festivals, playing gigs, partying, err... I'm a vegetarian, and love cooking, eating, experimenting, etc.
I'm also a hippy at heart, I love nature, I hate the way the world is going, and I'd love to find an answer, a key, to be able to bring peace & harmony to the planet.... One day... Hopefully... Fingers crossed :o)
IF ANY BANDS WANNA ADD ME, THEN GO AHEAD AND ATTEMPT IT, I'LL ALWAYS GIVE IT A LISTEN, I'M PRETTY OPEN-MINDED, BUT IF I DON'T LIKE YOUR MUSIC, THEN I WON'T ACCEPT THE ADD (obviously).
SO LET ME JUST GIVE U A HEAD START...
ANY EMO/SCREAMO BANDS or INDIE/SHMINDIE BANDS WANNA ADD ME...
I WOULDN'T BOTHER, COZ IT MOST LIKELY ISN'T GONNA BE MY THING, AND I'LL ONLY REJECT UR REQUEST, BUT GOOD LUCK WITH WHATEVER UR INTO AND WANNA DO, EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN VIEWS.
So any good old ROCK/METAL/GRUNGE/STONER/PROGRESSIVE DEATH METAL bands out there, bring on ur music, I need to hear some new shit.
Anyway, if u share the same interests as me, love music, love life and on the inside, ur a hippy, 'tripping out on a hole in a paper heart'... then that's cool.... send me a message, add me, whatever... and maybe one day we'll be able to party together!
