First...thanks for checking out my page! I am so pleased that you took the time out of your day to look me up.To introduce myself, my name is Chris, and I am 20 years old. I live in Lower Paxton Township (a suburb of Harrisburg), work for an insurance company, and am enjoying my youthful years. I think (think being the key word) I am fun, outgoing, caring, and very open-minded. I like to associate with a variety of people - if you are easy going, open with your thoughts, and non-judgemental, I am certain that I will get along quite well with you!I haven't started college yet, but it is an important goal that I wish to accomplish in the very near future. I would LOVE to attend the University of Pittsburgh, but, because I have a car payment, a car insurance payment, rent, and utilities costs, this may not be a feasible option for the immediate future. Now, if I were to win the Powerball, that'd be a different story. Don't I wish I could have one of those sets of parents that pays for just everything???I work 40 hours a week, and I enjoy my job. It can be challenging at times, but from hearing what some of my other friends do for much less money, it is clearly a blessing from God.That's another thing; I love God. He does great things for me, and has blessed me on a number of occasions I could never begin to count; if you don't believe in God, that doesn't mean I won't be your friend - but, as anyone that knows me will tell you, I may try and make God your best friend, too!I LOVE doing things. They generally consist of shopping, especially at AE! They also consist of multitudes of road trips; some of the few places I have been include Orlando, FL; New York, NY; Pittsburgh & Philly, PA; Baltimore & Ocean City, MD; Bar Harbor, ME; Hayesville, NC; and most recently, Point Pleasant, WV. Let's keep in mind that I personally drive to all of these places. Due to a lack of excessive vacation time, I probably won't be headed anywhere too far this summer except a few weekend trips to OCMD. Now, as for next year, I am trying to go to Europe!!! The idea is to fly into Heathrow in the UK then take the EuroMetro to Paris, and then Rome. I want to go for an entire week and experience the best of Europe!!!I also LOVE my car. I have a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer, which is in pristine condition. Best-in-class horsepower at 275, with a 4.2L 6-cylinder engine. I am very proud of my car, and how clean I keep it (can anyone say OCD?). I am not very proud that gas is so expensive, but it has come down in recent weeks. Now I can fill 'er up for roughly $50.00.When I am not a) working, b) shopping, c) going on a road trip, d) cleaning my car, or e) driving through deep puddles which trigger the requirement of d), I also like to go to out to eat and chill at Starbucks with Dayna!!Best steak? Max & Erma's Laredo Steak (Pittsburgh ONLY). But since I can't drive to Pittsburgh everytime I want some steak, the Outback comes in second and Texas Roadhouse in third.When time permits beyond the above activities, I relax over at Danielle & Brandon's place. And then we go shopping. And then I do laundry. And then I iron clothes.Does it sound boring? Welcome to my life; but I tend to think it isn't.Additionally, I am making strides to lose weight. I've already dropped 1-2 pant sizes, depending on where I buy the clothes, and I've downgraded a shirt size. I'll be sure to post pics and update on my progress.The wisdom teeth are out! I've already gone in to the Ortho office and speed braces are set to come on September 13th. They said only 12-18 months and I'll be done - can anyone say HAPPY??? The only unhappy part is the $4,128 bill that I am paying; not my parents - me lol.
