About Me

How does this clear up the many questions one may actually have about me? Not much I figure, but I will do my utmost best in order to give a clear sample of what's to come. An original Coachella Valley import, I have been labeled strange, funny, henna gaijin, creative, inquisitive, sharp, slow, and contemplative to a fault. Coming from a family largely comprised of males, myself being the oldest, being a default father figure is perhaps a decent way to start describing.
Yes, one may wonder what I am doing here at 33 years of age, and when asked this I tend to reply that I needed a little extra time to cook before finishing school. I am currently studying film & music recording and production.( with a side core study in Japanese- yes, I love beating myself to an overworked, underpaid pulp) Always the busybody, I love writing, traveling, watching movies & anime, collecting unusual music, studying artists from around the world, with a great interest in storytelling and the meanings between the lines. ^ ^
I'm hoping that my studies combined with the work I do outside will help me gather a greater understanding of some of my greatest hobbies, and also to better learn from other cultures. Perhaps one day I will be able to work alongside many of my favorite creators, and better understand what it takes to inspire others on a large or more intimate scale.
I'd also love to meet more people involved in film, music production, and various other creative endeavors. One of my biggest penchants is one I have for sound design and experimentation. And I'd love to eventually study ADR & sound design for film and animation. Always open to learning and sharing experiences!
What? Still curious?Click This Link For The Here And Now

I'm a being with a wildly plugged-in left brain, and I hope to meet fellow dreamers/doers in my travels. It's a strange and fun trip. And I'm always up for a good, thoughtful conversation. Just ask me!There are so many things to learn, and yet so little life there in order to do so. If these are the kinds of things you tend to wonder about, then maybe we will definitely have something in common. :D

How evil are you? And Finally. As mentioned, I also compose and arrange music for potential use in films, and even upcoming projects under the pseudonym, Tetsujin. Here are a few samples to sate any curiosity you may have. :)(be sure to stop my auto-player to fully listen-Sorry about that)Or perhaps sounds like..

"I'm Talking Scorched Earth Motherf***er!!!"

No sooner do things go into a state of deep personal worry that my projects only begin to get better. Suddenly I'm on a roll. Easily the most fun I've had with Tetsujin yet. Yes, it's WILDLY over the ...

Tetsujin In Genkiland

Is it retro techno? An old video game menu song? An utter mess? After hacking away at what seemed like an eternity and finally divorcing myself from it, my objectivity is completely shot. Likely inspi...

A Song About Coraline

It tends to jib me quite a bit when people call things "instant classics". It's just too hard to tell whether any piece of artistic work will withstand the oncoming years. But in the case of Coraline,...

Past The Fragments Of Bone

After such an attempt at being organized and dramatic, it felt necessary to touch even more esoteric places this week. And since my moods play so much into things, its only natural for the sounds to b...
