About Me

I'm a self-fulfilled prophecy entwined in the daily practice of a morning grind. When that alarm goes off, I shake the soot from my eyes, stumble to the bathroom and wonder what life's got going on for me today.I try to fill my day with as much music and fun as possible, all while trying to be a successful real estate agent, which, trust me, in this market isn't easy... I'm a bookworm, a tv watcher, a horrible consumer of pop culture, but I take it all with salt, mix it up in my mouth and spit it back out, watching it flow down that immense drain known as society.I can't stand Republicans, and their Democrat friends don't make me feel any better. I sit silently at my computer screen and watch as House Representatives vote themselves a pay raise, while the country sinks further in debt. How many civil "servants" you know make $150,000 a year? Well, now you know about 400. I watch as a guy who could easily play Corky in thirtysomething plays President instead. I wonder daily if our country will survive to see a different president, paralyzed with the fear that given the choice, the religious right would once again sweep someone like Bush into office.I struggle with the blind faith that the 49ers will win every game, and shout at the radio when the Giants leave two stranded in the 8th inning. I'm a running fiend, a forgotten dream and a call screened. Some people call me crazy, others call me lazy, but crazy, lazy, weird, insane, none of these names phase me. As I heard a wise man say, "I'm a human time bomb procrastinating, to die."

Running Suggestions (week of 12/18)

I'm gonna start Monday out with a shorter run...I'm celebrating my birthday early, so I'm gonna do a 2-3 miler before dinner. Easy, light hills, probably from El Camino up Easton to Canyon and back.....
